One of the
Rebbe’s uniquenesses was the sheer relevance of his teachings. Yes, he imparted tremendous scholarship, but in doing so he never lost sight of his audience. Nothing remained on the level of abstract theory, there was always a pertinent and personal moral.
We’d like to introduce our new weekly
Parshah columnist, Rabbi
Mendel Kalmenson, whose column brings us the Rebbe's teachings, with a focus on the angle the Rebbe himself always stressed: What does it mean for me? Today?
Last week he discussed our
quest for perfection. This week he discusses the
mirror theory, which, as it turns out, isn’t theoretical at all.
Stay tuned for more!
